Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Scientific Writer to join our client's dynamic team in Ahmadabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences and a passion for communicating scientific concepts effectively. As a Scientific Writer, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality content that educates and engages our target audience, including researchers, scientists, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Research, write, and edit scientific content for a variety of platforms, including white papers, technical documents, product manuals, and marketing materials.
2. Scientific Communication: Translate complex scientific concepts into clear and concise language for diverse audiences, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to develop content that supports business objectives and enhances brand reputation.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all scientific content complies with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
5. Content Management: Maintain a content calendar, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
6. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the life sciences industry, serving as a subject matter expert on relevant topics.
7. Quality Assurance: Review and edit content produced by other team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on scientific topics and content development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as biology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Advanced degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in scientific writing, preferably in the life sciences or biotech industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Proficiency in scientific writing software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, LaTeX, and EndNote.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for scientific writing, including Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
