As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion.Position Overview: EC-Council is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead ourAWARE Business Unit , a fast-growing division focused on Cybersecurity Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation Solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for ahardcore salesprofessional who thrives on driving enterprise growth, building global partnerships, and scaling cybersecurity SaaS solutions in a competitive B2B environment. The ideal candidate has astrong track record in selling cybersecurity productsor platforms, understands enterprise security needs, and can position AWARE as a critical solution for organizations’ human risk mitigation strategies.Responsibilities Own theP&L and sales strategyfor EC-Council’s AWARE business unit across India and global markets. Drive new business acquisition through enterprise sales incybersecurity. Develop and execute a robustgo-to-market (GTM)plan for AWARE’s security awareness and simulation suite (phishing, smishing, vishing, gamified e-learning, and behavioural analytics). Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on solution-based selling, pipeline development, and long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, campaigns, and solution delivery with client requirements. Forecast, track, and report key metrics (pipeline, revenue, conversion ratios) to senior leadership. Represent EC-Council’s AWARE platform at cybersecurity conferences, CXO roundtables, and industry forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.Requirements 12–18 years of proven experience in hardcoresales of Cybersecurity Products / SaaS / Information Security Solutions. Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, B2B sales, and achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar annual targets. Strong understanding of Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation, or Information Security Compliance markets. Experience in channel sales, partner ecosystems, and global account management preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
