Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. Qualifications
  • HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
  • Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
