The analyst will research and evaluate technology vendors, trends, and best practices in areas such as Digital Transformation, ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and other Enterprise Operation Systems.This role combines technology research, vendor evaluation, and thought leadership, providing a unique opportunity to influence buying decisions and technology directions in the global Enterprise Applications market.Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed market and vendor research across the Enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystem, including ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Financial Management platforms. - Evaluate platform capabilities, deployment models, integration frameworks, and ecosystem maturity through primary and secondary research. - Evaluate vendors through SPARK Matrix, SPARK Plus, and other QKS research methodologies. - Build deep understanding of enterprise business processes and digital core systems, covering ERP, finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing operations. - Interact with product vendors, end users, and ecosystem partners for briefings, demos, and validation. - Collaborate with senior analysts to identify emerging trends and create thought leadership content. - Support client advisory sessions with insights on technology selection, architecture alignment, and market positioning.Key Skills & Experience- 10–15 years of core industry experience in enterprise applications consulting, ERP implementation, or enterprise software product management/development. - Strong understanding of ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Financial Management platforms and their role in digital transformation. - Exposure to leading enterprise software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, Unit4, Epicor, or similar. - Familiarity with enterprise integration architectures, data models, APIs, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Understanding of SaaS delivery models, composable architecture, and workflow automation frameworks. - Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills with ability to translate complex topics into clear insights. - Proven ability to manage multiple research projects, vendor evaluations, and deliverables within deadlines. - Exposure to data-driven research, comparative assessment models (e.g., SPARK Matrix), or industry benchmarking frameworks is a plus.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on globally recognized research frameworks like SPARK Matrix™. - Direct exposure to leading technology vendors (CXOs) and global markets. - Fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment with growth opportunities.Preferred Skills- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Human Capital Management (HCM) - Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Financial Management Systems - Procurement & Sourcing Platforms - Manufacturing & Asset Management Systems - Enterprise SaaS Platforms - Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365) - Industry Cloud Solutions - Digital Transformation
