Note: Data Centre Experience is Required


Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days / Negotiable


Roles & Responsibilities:


Communication Process to Follow:

· Detailed reading of all the services, product procured by customer.

· Connect via (Phone & Mail) with the SPOC at customer end.

· Detailed status report of the infra / service, to be shared with customer EOD (no development).

· Customer confirmation is mandate post implementation is completed.

· Escalate Internal / Vendor the matter in case there any delay, etc. forecasted. The same to be followed during discontinuation of a Service / Infra / Complete setup


Mandate to explain the below list of Items to the Customer:

· The type of services procured by customer.

· The SLA signed by customer.

· The type of support model the customer has procured.

· The technical support service desk contact details.

· The Yotta technical support escalation matrix.


Process to be followed:

· Audit of infra to be done post implementation / discontinuation is done by Level2 members.

· Handover process to be followed, i.e. to operations / to customer.

· Billing of services to be confirmed with billing team and customer.

· Coordination with customer, third party vendor and internal teams for timely and successful completion of project.


Others:

· Record in a tracker for the various day to day challenge faced during day-to-day implementation.

· Capacity management issues to be identified & highlighted to customer along with internal stake holders.

· During non-peak hours, driving cross department cases and keeping customer & internal team in sync.

· Carefully plan, design and deploy with continual improvements to service quality.

· Think of optimizing the day-to-day process and more.

· Maintain the SLA & Smooth Infra Handover


Must have Skills:

Good command on communication skills i.e., verbal & written.

· Team management & Leadership expertise.

· Project management skills.

· Good analytical skills.

· Microsoft Office (Specially “Excel”)

· Project management in Datacenter industry.

· Technical knowledge on Cloud computing Windows, Unix, Networking, Security, Storage, etc.

· ITIL Framework.

· Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
