Key Responsibilities :

Lead Project Management :


- As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Java projects, from conception to delivery.

- This involves planning, executing, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Technical Expertise :


- With a background as a Senior Java Developer in a large corporation, you will bring a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management systems.

- Your expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate will be crucial in guiding the technical direction of projects and providing hands-on support when necessary.

Team Leadership :


- You will lead a team of 5-6 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.

- This involves delegating tasks, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.

International Client Communication :


- With experience in international client communication, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- This involves understanding client requirements, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management :


- Previous experience working in a large corporation in a Senior Java Developer role with a focus on Supply Chain Management systems is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency :


- Extensive experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate is essential for this role.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex Java applications is required.

Team Leadership Skills :


- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of developers, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

Excellent Communication Skills :


- Proven experience in international client communication, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills :


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Project Management Skills :


- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.

Education :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications :


- Relevant certifications in Java development and project management are a plus.
