Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team at Dentsu India. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the recruitment process within a leading marketing and communications agency. You will assist in sourcing and evaluating talent while learning about best practices in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
