Position Title: Advanced Engineer AIOps Job Description: Roles & responsibilities: Build and maintain ML pipelines on Databricks, using Unity Catalog for data governance and MLflow for model tracking and versioning Automate CI/CD workflows for ML models using tools like GitHub Actions, Databricks Workflows, or Jenkins Support model deployment and monitoring across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure), including inference via external APIs like OpenAI Integrate frameworks such as LangChain to enable agent-based architectures within Databricks notebooks Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure secure API access, secrets management, and compliance across cloud boundaries Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in MLOps or ML engineering, with hands on work in Databricks environments Proficiency in Python, including integration of external APIs and libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure code tools like Terraform Familiarity with model monitoring, performance profiling, and observability tools Experience working in multi-cloud setups (GCP, Azure) and deploying ML models across cloud boundaries Exposure to container orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes Understanding of ML governance, compliance, and secure data movement practices Competencies: Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
