This role will:- Define and enforce financial frameworks for venture clienting, CVC, acquisitions, and venture studio models. - Oversee budgeting and fund allocation, ensuring optimal capital deployment aligned with business goals. - Lead due diligence, valuation, and risk-return assessments for investments and acquisitions. - Build systems to monitor ROI and portfolio health, enabling data-driven financial planning. - Participate in evaluation panels and support final decisions on startup investments.IDEAL CANDIDATE- 15+ years of experience in corporate finance with exposure to innovation or venture capital. - Proven experience in budgeting, capital allocation, financial due diligence, and portfolio performance tracking in startup or innovation-driven environments. - Strong analytical, valuation, and risk-assessment skills with the ability to align financial governance to innovation outcomes.
