We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer with experience in Django/Flask to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, database management, and API development. Preferably, the candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, enabling them to work on intelligent and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Python, Django/Flask.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Implement scalable backend architectures with security and performance best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless application development.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and efficiency.

- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong expertise in Django or Flask frameworks.

- Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI specializations.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like React.js or Angular is a plus.
