We are searching for a passionate, full-time Corporate Trainer & Coach to join our team in Ahmedabad. If you are an ICF Certified Coach with extensive experience, a flair for engaging senior and mid-level audiences, and a desire to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you


What You'll Need:

  • ICF Certified Coach or any other coaching/training certification
  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Comfortable engaging with senior and mid-level audiences
  • 15+ years of work experience
  • At least 3 years as a coach & trainer
  • Having trained/coached PSU & government bodies will be an added advantage
  • You should excellent at speaking English, Gujarati and Hindi


Your Role:

  • Conduct insightful interviews to understand the needs of leaders and participants
  • Design and deliver end-to-end programs with custom content tailored to organizational needs
  • Lead impactful training and coaching sessions for our clients across Gujarat
  • Required to travel frequently to deliver training
  • Engage with clients in person to provide transformative training experiences
