Transparency, accuracy, and trust are central to how we operate — for both businesses and talent.As global transformation programmes accelerate, Fintribe provides the infrastructure and expertise that allow organisations to expand efficiently, compliantly, and without friction.Role DescriptionWe are hiring SAP S/4HANA Consultants and Leadsfor full-time, on-site roles in India to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and delivery programmes.This role involves analysing business processes, designing scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions, and contributing to end-to-end implementations across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP designs and ensure successful delivery across implementation, rollout, and stabilisation phases.Depending on experience and module specialisation, responsibilities may include:Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts Business process analysis, solution design, and configuration Advising on system enhancements, optimisations, and best practices Supporting data readiness, cutover, and deployment activities Collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Ensuring alignment between SAP solutions and business objectives Providing guidance through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live supportThis opportunity suits professionals who are hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in structured, enterprise-scale SAP programmes.Required Skills & ExperienceWe are open to candidates across multiple SAP S/4HANA modules, including but not limited to:SAP SD / OTC SAP MM / Sourcing / P2P SAP FICO / CO / FSCM SAP QM / PP / PPQM SAP IBP (Response & Supply) SAP Cutover / Deployment SAP ABAP for HANA / Technical roles SAP CPI / Integration SAP SuccessFactors (ECP)Core requirements:6–12+ years of SAP experience (role and module dependent) Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project experience Experience in at least one full implementation or rollout Strong business process analysis and solutioning capability Experience working in enterprise or multi-client environments Ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional advantages:Experience working on transformation or migration programmes Exposure to data management, integration, or cutover activities Understanding of compliance-driven delivery environments Experience working in structured, governance-led SAP programmesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline SAP S/4HANA certification(s) are beneficial but not mandatory Prior consulting or large programme delivery experience is highly valuedLocation & EngagementLocation: India (PAN India / on-site depending on role) Engagement: Full-time / Contract (role dependent) Immediate availability preferredHow to Apply Apply via LinkedIn or email your CV to talent@fintribes.comfor fast review.Suitable candidates will be contacted directly.
