Job Title: Key Account Manager- Modern Trade (Skincare & Wellness)

Location: Adalaj, Ahmedabad (On-site Position)


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade sector.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions.


  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximise growth opportunities within the modern trade channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.


  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product placements within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.


  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour within the modern trade sector.
  • Use insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and optimal product availability.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.


  • Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Conduct sales forecasting and track performance against targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.


  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication.


  • Compliance and Contract Management:
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and terms.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations.


Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience of 3+ years in Skincare & Wellness background, preferably within the modern trade sector.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade channels and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and effective communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Experience in dealing with Multiple Brand Outlets & Malls
