Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will also mentor and support junior engineers to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

- Write clean, readable, and reusable code

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide feedback to other engineers

- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software enhancements

- Mentor and support junior engineers to help them grow and succeed in their roles

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices

- Knowledge on Flow & DB design and Project architecture creation

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python

- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Location: Chennai, Alandur

Shift: Day (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Working days: 6 (Monday - Saturday)

Joining period: Immediate or 30 days
