This remote contractor role will focus on supporting and maintaining a mixed Cisco and Meraki environment, ensuring network stability and compliance with PCI standards.Responsibilities: Provide operational support for network infrastructure, including firewalling, routing, and switching. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining PCI compliance across network systems. Perform configuration changes and maintenance tasks during off-hours or scheduled maintenance windows. Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week per month). Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.Qualifications: Proven experience withCisco and/or Merakinetwork equipment. Solid understanding of network fundamentals ( firewalls, routing, switching ). Familiarity with PCI compliance requirements. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
