About Position:A highly skilled Confluent Kafka Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible and DevOps practices. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing Kafka-based streaming platforms, automating infrastructure tasks, and supporting CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and reliable systems.Role: Confluence Kafka Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 10 – 13 years Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You’ll do:Kafka Engineering: Design, deploy, and manage Confluent Kafka clusters across environments. Ensure Kafka security, scalability, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot Kafka-related issues and optimize message throughput and latency. Automation with Ansible: Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for provisioning, configuration, and deployment. Automate Kafka cluster setup, upgrades, and patching. Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools. DevOps & Monitoring: Monitor infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Alerting, etc. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth deployments and incident resolution.Expertise You’II Bring:10 -12 years years of experience, Excellent knowledge of Kafka engineering and DevOps roles. Strong hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka ecosystem. Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management. Solid understanding of Linux, windows, networking, and shell scripting. Knowledge of Kafka monitoring tools (Control center, Grafana, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
