We take pride in creating an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to shaping the future of intelligent lifting solutions.About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP FI/CO/PS Consultant to join our IT team. The role involves providing functional support, implementation, and integration of SAP FI/CO/PS modules in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial and controlling processes with exposure to project systems, cross-functional integrations, and SAP Provide end-to-end support for SAP FI/CO/PS modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues within SLA.- Manage and prioritize support tickets while meeting turnaround time (TAT) and minimizing ticket ageing.- Conduct requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation for new functionalities and change requests.- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects as per business needs.- Ensure smooth integration with SD, MM, and other modules for financial and project-related processes.- Support period-end closing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis activities.- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors for process improvements.- Identify and resolve recurring issues (Problem Tickets) and propose preventive actions.- Maintain proper documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and testing outcomes.- Participate in user training, knowledge transfer, and audit compliance activities.- Occasionally travel to client or project sites for implementation or user support.Skillsets & Competencies:- Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and PS (Project Systems).- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.- Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and cost control mechanisms.- Integration experience with SD, MM, and other SAP modules.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Proficiency in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, and ITIL processes (preferred).- Strong documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards (advantageous).- SAP FI/CO Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with global teams in a leading manufacturing technology company.- Continuous learning, upskilling, and professional development programs.- Flexible, inclusive, and hybrid working culture promoting work-life balance.- Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
