Responsibilities:Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideasWorking with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative directionsStaying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaignsWorking with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insightsMust have skills:Degree/ Diploma in Applied ArtEfficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop)Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediaKnowledge of social platforms (instagram, facebook, linkedin etc)Prior art direction experience in leading agenciesAt least 3-4 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environmentGood to have skillsKnowledge of other key software relevant to the industryCreative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitudeA strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with otThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
