Salesforce & Data Cloud Expertise : - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360)Deep understanding of : - Data Cloud architecture, data models, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution- Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) and advanced segmentationSalesforce certifications : - Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce data architectures- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworksData Integration & Architecture : - Experience with API-based integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures : AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks- Expertise in data architecture, data governance, MDM, data lakes, and warehousing- Strong experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft- Knowledge of real-time personalization, predictive insights, and recommendation enginesAI/ML & Analytics Integration : - Experience integrating AI/ML models with Data Cloud using tools like Einstein Studio- Hands-on with model builder and integrating external LLMs with Agentforce- Advanced analytics and Customer 360 implementationsClient & Team Interaction : - Experience working with US-based clients- Ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to guide development teams in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning implementationsGood to Have Skills : - Healthcare domain experienceExperience with : - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Einstein Analytics- Designing unified data platforms / CDPs at scale- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)- Experience with Agentforce solutions involving RAG-based retrievers- Familiarity with data security, data governance policies, and regulatory frameworksSoft Skills : - Strong problem-solving mindset with multiple solutioning approaches- Ability to engage with enterprise architecture teams for data modeling and strategy discussions- Leadership in defining scalable, maintainable architectures (ref:hirist.tech)
