Job Title:Chartered Accountant (Australian Tax Specialist) Location:Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required:2+ years (Australian Taxation) Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are looking for a qualifiedChartered Accountant (CA)with hands-on experience inAustralian taxation and complianceto join our dynamic finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge ofAustralian tax laws ,ATO regulations , andreporting requirements , along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare and reviewAustralian tax returnsfor individuals, companies, and trusts. Ensurecompliance with ATO regulations , including BAS, IAS, FBT, and GST reporting. Performtax planning and advisoryfor Australian clients. Assist infinancial statement preparationand reconciliation as per Australian accounting standards. Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities to resolve queries and ensure timely submissions. Stay updated onchanges in Australian tax legislationand their implications. Support internal process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Required Qualifications & Skills QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA) . Minimum 2 years of experienceworking with Australian taxation and compliance. In-depth knowledge ofAustralian tax lawsandATO filing processes . Experience with accounting/tax software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working with Australian clients in apublic accounting or outsourcing firm . Exposure totransfer pricing ,superannuation , orcorporate structuringwill be an advantage.
