Job Title: Intern (International) Location: Noida (India) Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AMJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Client and Candidate Support Specialist who would be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving setting. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing client leads and candidates for international opportunities, ensuring the efficient data entry and management within the Target Recruit system as part of special projects, and assisting with report generation for clients and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and proficiency with basic office and administrative tools.Responsibilities: Source client leads for international Source candidates for international Special projects, i.e. clean-up/enter data for target recruit roll out Data entry into Target Recruit Assist with report generation for clients and leadershipQualifications: Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
