Description:Job Title: Assistant Manager - Marketing.Location: Gurgaon.Company: The Quorum.At The Quorum, marketing is equal parts creativity, coordination, and craft.As Assistant Manager Marketing, you will be the powerhouse that keeps our marketing engine running smoothly across all three cities.Think of this role as the control centre, the person who keeps calendars aligned, partners updated, teams synced, and every collateral polished and on brand.You will work closely with Programming and Events and support the Chief of Staff Marketing to ensure that every campaign, asset, and activation lands exactly the way it should.If you enjoy staying organised, spotting gaps early, and bringing creative projects to life with precision, this role fits perfectly.What you will be doing:- Be the hub: act as the central point of coordination for all marketing workstreams across Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.- Stay on top of everything: track timelines, follow up with teams, agencies, and vendors, and make sure every deliverable meets expectations.- Own the calendar: keep marketing, event, and content calendars updated, synced, and ahead of schedule.- Manage the details: ensure all collaterals, digital or on ground, are accurate, well designed, and aligned with The Quorums brand identity.- Support creatively: share clear and thoughtful creative inputs with agencies and internal teams to help ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.- Work cross functionally: coordinate with Programming and Events to amplify key moments with strong marketing support.- Make it seamless: handle agency coordination for design collaterals and manage vendors for ad hoc projects.- Stay tech forward: use Notion, Figma, and other tools to keep workflows structured, organised, and efficient.Who you are:- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or brand operations.- Hospitality or lifestyle exposure is a strong advantage.- You are a natural organiser who enjoys keeping projects, people, and timelines on track.- You are sharp with details and can guide creative quality and brand alignment.- You communicate well, collaborate easily, and manage multiple moving parts confidently.- You are proactive, structured, and solution oriented.- You are comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva, or basic project management platforms.- You are a steady and positive team player.Why you will love it here:- You will be at the centre of a high energy, high visibility marketing function.- You will work across three dynamic cities while being based in Gurgaon.- You will collaborate with creative thinkers, storytellers, and operators who enjoy what they do.- You will grow your creative, organisational, and leadership skills in a fast paced brand environment.- You will see ideas turn into real campaigns, events, and content quickly and tangibly.If this sounds like you, we would love to talk.
