The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#, React, and AWS cloud services, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.- Build modern, responsive UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end libraries.- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, etc.- Develop microservices-based architectures and ensure seamless integration across systems.- Work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security following best practices.- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice sharing.- Prepare technical documentation and architectural artifacts.- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 1215 years of hands-on software development experience.- Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services.- Demonstrated expertise with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and front-end build tools.- Solid experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).- Proficient in CI/CD tools, Git, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/ECS).- Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect).- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).- Exposure to message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience in leading distributed teams.
