About the Role : We are looking for a highly experienced GenAI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Generative AI frameworks, and AWS cloud services, with a strong ability to architect scalable and production-grade AI systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.- Build robust APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.- Develop and fine-tune LLM models and GenAI pipelines for various use cases.- Define scalable cloud architectures leveraging AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, etc.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.- Drive performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security best practices.- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve product capabilities.- Mentor engineering teams and guide best practices for AI/ML development.Requirements :- 10 - pyth12 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in GenAI/LLM-based systems.- Strong proficiency in Python and API development using FastAPI.- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.- Deep understanding of model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector DBs.- Proven experience architecting and deploying solutions on AWS.- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and MLOps concepts.- Experience working in fast-paced product or enterprise tech environments.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform.- Experience with multi-agent systems or RAG architectures.- Prior experience leading AI/ML engineering teams (ref:hirist.tech)
