Key Responsibilities Sales Generation and Lead Development:Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Qualify leads, determine customer needs, and position HVAC products and services effectively.Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits.Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's HVAC products, systems, and services.Consult with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized HVAC solutions.Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that product offerings meet client specifications.Sales Strategy & Reporting:Develop sales strategies and tactics to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.Submit regular sales reports, providing updates on leads, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.Negotiation & Closing:Prepare quotations, proposals, and contract documents for clients.Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.Close deals and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding proposals.Customer Service & Relationship Management:Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Address customer concerns, technical queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.Work with the support and service teams to ensure timely product delivery and installations.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably within the HVAC, construction, or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and market trends.Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including knowledge of the purchasing cycle in HVAC.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.CTC Budget – upto 80,000/- Per MonthJob Location – Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore etc..Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with B2B sales, including dealing with contractors, distributors, and engineers.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards in HVAC.Technical background in HVAC systems or related disciplines.Experience with proposal writing and contract negotiations.About CompanyCompany Name] is a leading manufacturer of high-quality HVAC systems, offering a wide range of products designed to meet the demands of residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
