Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- BRM Implementation : Lead or support the implementation of Oracle BRM software, ensuring that the solution is tailored to meet business needs.

- Configuration : Configure the Oracle BRM system, including setting up rate plans, products, pricing, and billing rules.

- Integration : Integrate Oracle BRM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, financial systems) for seamless data flow.

- Customization : Customize the BRM solution to fit specific business processes, including scripting and developing custom components.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle BRM systems, ensuring stability, troubleshooting issues, and applying patches or updates.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of BRM configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that solutions align with their needs.

- Documentation : Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as development, QA, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Skills :

- Oracle BRM Knowledge : Deep understanding of Oracle BRM modules, architecture, and functionalities.

- Technical Skills : Experience with programming languages like Java, C, or Python for customization and integration tasks.

- Billing & Revenue Management : Strong understanding of billing cycles, revenue recognition, payment processing, and invoicing in a telecom or similar environment.

- Database Skills : Experience with Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL) to manage and query BRM data.

- Integration : Experience integrating Oracle BRM with other enterprise applications via APIs, web services, and other integration techniques.

Required Qualifications :

Education : A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience working with Oracle BRM.

- Experience with full lifecycle implementation or upgrade projects.

- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including in Oracle BRM.

Certifications : Oracle certifications related to Oracle BRM, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Billing may be beneficial but not always required.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud offerings and integrations.


- Understanding of telecom-specific business processes and billing models.

- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
