Analog Design Engineer – Consumer Audio Amplifier Group About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer to join our Audio Group, responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analog circuit design, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production.What can you expect to learn in this role? (Opportunity)To work with the best experts in the industry for Audio CLASSD Amplifier with High-Voltage designs, precise current sensing .To develop capability to work effectively in a technically challenging fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.To manage and lead product, develop circuits and verification methodologies and influence decisions that have wide business impact across many products & teams.To work on cutting edge analog & power semiconductor processesTo interact with wafer fabrication, assembly & test facilities.To learn product development process, Qualification and Manufacturing flows.To directly influence the features, differentiation & cost entitlement of the product at release to market. To present analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders in a comprehensive and effective manner.To learn and develop business insights, drive open discussions with business & technology leaders and drive decisions impacting product & technology executionTo build strong, influential relationships with domain expertsTo develop good communication, interpersonal skills while interacting with worldwide cross functional expertsTo learn identifying risks across domains and adapt to support changing prioritiesTo manage and mentor design engineers/interns and grow their career.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Development:- Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from signal chain domain to high power domain .- Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.2. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team.- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.3. Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.- Interface with customers and partners as needed to understand requirements and provide technical support.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain)Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits.Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in leading full chip activity like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification and design for test.Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, Understanding of DV flows & tools.Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills and teamwork.
