Our mission is to transform digital infrastructure through blockchain, cryptography, and distributed technologies.Role Overview We are seeking aSenior DevOps Engineer / Leadwith strong expertise innetworking, systems architecture, and cloud infrastructureto design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable environments for our Web3 products. This role will ensure high availability, robust security, and operational excellence across our platforms.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Architect and maintainsecure, scalable infrastructureon GCP (primary), with exposure to AWS/Azure. Implementhigh-availability systems , disaster recovery plans, and performance optimization. ManageLinux-based systems , virtualization, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Networking Design and enforcenetwork architecture , including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing. Configurefirewalls, WAFs, VPNs , and implementzero-trust security models . Optimizenetwork performancefor decentralized applications and blockchain nodes. DevOps & Automation Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusing GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools. Automate infrastructure provisioning withTerraformand configuration management tools. Implementmonitoring and observabilityusing Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog. Security & Compliance Enforceaccess control policies , secrets management, and encryption standards. Conductvulnerability assessments , patching, and compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Collaborate with blockchain teams to securenode infrastructureand decentralized storage. Leadership Mentor junior engineers and vendors, promoting a culture ofautomation, reliability, and security . Leadincident response , root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews.Required Skills & Experience 8–10 years inDevOps, Systems, and Networkingroles. Strong experience withGCP services(Compute Engine, IAM, GKE, Cloud Functions). Proficiency inTerraform, Docker, Kubernetes , and Linux system administration. Deep understanding ofnetworking concepts(TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, WAF). Hands-on experience withsecurity hardening , IAM, and compliance frameworks. Strong scripting skills ( Bash, Python ) for automation. Familiarity withmonitoring tools(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Good to Have Exposure toWeb3 infrastructure(Ethereum, Hyperledger, IPFS). Experience withhybrid cloud environments(AWS, Azure). Knowledge ofcryptographic protocols , secure enclaves, or ZKPs. Government-grade compliance experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
