The candidate will work on developing high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications and scalable backend services.Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Implement SEO best practices in Next.js applications (server-side rendering, meta tags, structured data, performance optimization). - Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js / Express.js. - Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) for efficient data management. - Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across frontend and backend. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery. - Stay updated on the latest frontend/backend and SEO trends to improve application quality.Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Strong proficiency in: - Frontend: React.js, Next.js (SSR & SSG), Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - SEO: Knowledge of on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, structured data, sitemap, and meta tags within Next.js. - Backend: Node.js, Express.js. - Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred; MySQL/PostgreSQL a plus). - Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab. - Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Soft Skills- Good communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to manage time and deliver tasks within deadlines.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary as per industry standards. - Work on modern web technologies (Next.js, React, Node.js). - Opportunities for professional growth and upskilling. - Supportive and collaborative team environment. - Flexible work culture (if applicable).
