Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. The role involves building, optimizing, and deploying advanced AI systems with a focus on agent-driven workflows. The ideal candidate has expertise in generative AI models, frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, and experience with CrewAI or similar tools for creating autonomous systems.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in Python, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Design and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI for task orchestration and automation.
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specialized tasks.
- Develop dynamic, multi-step workflows leveraging generative AI capabilities.
- Integrate AI systems with external APIs, vector databases, and memory modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable AI-powered solutions for real-world applications.
- Stay updated with advancements in generative AI and multi-agent systems.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI systems on cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker)
- Basic understanding of Data Structure and Algorithms.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in Gen AI
Technical Skills:
- Skilled in LLMs, Crew AI and AI models
- Strong expertise in Python, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Experience in designing scalable system architectures and developing RESTful APIs, with basic knowledge of web frameworks such as Flask and Django.
- Ability to build and scale products from scratch.
