  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.


Execution and Delivery:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.


Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and outcomes.


Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor project managers and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure teams have the necessary tools and support.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.


Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any financial risks.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize project outcomes.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to apply innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field with minimum 8-10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing services, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrated marketing services knowledge in content, design, digital & events preferably.
