Description :We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with deep expertise in Azure Data Integration technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines and ETL workflows within the Azure ecosystem.You will collaborate closely with data architects, business analysts, and development teams to ensure high-quality data delivery that supports analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and manage end-to-end ETL workflows and data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2.- Architect scalable and efficient data processing solutions, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and performance.- Perform data refreshes across multiple environments, maintaining data quality and alignment with business requirements.- Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring smooth daily operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and DevOps, to deliver integrated data solutions.- Implement DevOps practices for data pipeline deployment, version control, and automated monitoring.- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in data integration, performance tuning, and Azure resource utilization.- Maintain thorough documentation of data workflows, dependencies, and operational procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 8- 12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ETL development expertise.- Proven experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2.- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data lifecycle management.- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL for data manipulation and transformation.- Experience working in DevOps and production support environments, including CI/CD for data solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with global and cross-functional teams.- Azure certification (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate) is an added advantage.
