Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an IPDRG Coder and QA. The responsibilities include ensuring accurate coding for InPatient Diagnosis-Related Grouping (IPDRG), performing quality assurance on medical coding, addressing data discrepancies, and staying updated with industry coding standards and guidelines. The role entails collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining data accuracy, and complying with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in IPDRG coding and a thorough understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT codingExperience in quality assurance processes and resolving medical coding discrepanciesStrong communication and collaboration skills for working with healthcare teams and stakeholdersAttention to detail and thoroughness in reviewing and auditing documentation to achieve error-free codingFamiliarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in medical codingAbility to work accurately and efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environmentCoding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS-P) is requiredPrevious experience in a similar role or the healthcare industry is preferred
