Title: Senior HR ManagerLocation: Onsite- Koramangala, BengaluruAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline HR processes while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability. This role is pivotal in supporting Omaza's rapid growth by building strong operational frameworks, enabling smooth employee lifecycle management, and aligning HR operations with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead HR Operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, compliance, documentation, and exits.- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices.- Own and optimize HR policies, processes, and workflows for scalability and efficiency.- Manage HRIS systems, data integrity, and analytics dashboards for informed decision-making.- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Leadership for workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and audit readiness.- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture, with an operational lens.- Oversee and manage vendor relationships (payroll, compliance, benefits) ensuring cost-effective and reliable service delivery.- Provide HR advisory and operational guidance to managers and employees across business units.- Build and track HR metrics (attrition, payroll accuracy, compliance audits, headcount) to present actionable insights to 6-10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR Operations and compliance.- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, HRIS, and statutory compliance.- Proven ability to set up and scale HR processes in fast-paced/startup environments.- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms, and data-driven reporting.- Hands-on, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance operational rigor and strategic execution.
