Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid – 2 days Onsite / Week)Experience: 6+ YearsDepartment: Technology / AI EngineeringAbout the RoleStratacent is looking for a Sr. Associate – Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, AWS Agent Code, and practical exposure to AI-driven product development.This role involves designing intelligent, autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and act—helping drive our next generation of AI innovation.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems using AWS Agent Code and related frameworks. - Build intelligent agents capable of performing goal-directed tasks autonomously. - Integrate AI models (LLMs, generative AI) with enterprise workflows and APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, Data Engineering, Product) to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. - Work on multi-agent systems, orchestration, and decision-making logic. - Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of agentic systems. - Stay updated on emerging agentic AI trends, AWS AI tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience- 6+ years of overall experience in software / AI development. - Strong understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent architecture. - Hands-on experience with AWS Agent Code (latest AWS agentic framework). - Proficiency in Python, API integrations, and AI model deployment. - Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks is a plus. - Practical exposure to AI product development (preferably customer-facing or enterprise-grade). - Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.Company Profile:Stratacent is a Global IT consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, USA with offices in UK, Canada, and South Africa and global capability centers (GCC) in Pune and Gurugram in India.
