Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for secured & unsecured loan accounts.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits for timely recoveries.

  • Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collections (Banking/NBFC preferred).

  • Good communication, negotiation, and field recovery skills.

  • Knowledge of local geography and willingness to travel.
