This role is responsible for end-to-end category ownership, including sales planning, brand performance management, and customer retention strategies.Key Responsibilities:Driving SalesDevelop, implement, and track plans to improve category KPIs including conversion, AOV, and trafficDeliver top-line revenue within approved budgets to meet P&L goalsManage on-site content to support monthly & seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategyMonitoring Brand PerformanceSecure margins in line with business objectivesNegotiate budgets, set goals, and report performance metricsPlan & execute brand campaigns across platforms; take corrective actions where neededTrack brand recognition, awareness, and performance across defined formatsImprove Customer Experience & RetentionDrive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation & optimizationBuild processes to improve customer retentionAnalyze user experience across touchpoints using web analytics and identify improvement opportunitiesRequirements:✅ 4–6 years of experience in Category Management / E-commerce✅ Strong experience with Excel & PowerPoint (Advanced)✅ Ability to manage category P&L, brand relationships, and sales strategiesPreferred Skills:⭐ Prior experience in Accessories or related fashion categories⭐ Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and planning capabilityYou Will Succeed If You:✔ Build long-term relationships with key brand partners✔ Achieve the right category mix & margins✔ Drive improved customer experience across touchpointsIf you're ready to build and scale high-performing categories, let's connectshakshi@skyleaf.global |7521865318
