What You'll Bring:- 11-13 years of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio that spans digital, film, social, branded content, and campaigns.- Proven team leadership-guiding writers with feedback, clarity, and care.- Experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to support ideation, research, and refinement.- A strong sense of storytelling structure, voice development, and platform-specific writing.- Comfort leading pitches, high-level client conversations, and cross-functional creative reviews.
