You should be capable of handling projects independently — from understanding client needs to successful solution delivery.• Independently gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality. • Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements. • Conduct end-user training and provide functional support during and post-implementation. • Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and other development needs. • Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams. • Perform functional testing of Odoo workflows, features, and custom developments before deployment. • Lead data migration and validation processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.&• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. • –as an Odoo Functional Consultant. • Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing etc.). • Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Proven ability to manage tasks and projects independently. • Experience in Odoo Studio and functional testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Odoo certification (Functional / Technical). • Experience with data migration tools and Odoo reporting. • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).• Opportunity to lead and execute diverse Odoo implementation projects. • Supportive environment encouraging learning and career growth. • Exposure to real-world business processes across multiple industries. • Competitive salary and benefits.--> hr@areterix.com : Application for Odoo Functional ConsultantWhile Applying, answer the following question in your email1) Why you are applying for this role? 2) Why you are a good fit for this role? 3) What is your current CTC and Expected CTC? 4) What is your Notice Period?
