Identify, evaluate, and negotiate withcontent partnersto secure digital distribution rights. Stay ahead ofindustry trends , audience behavior, and emerging platforms to guide acquisition decisions. Manage and nurturerelationships with content owners, creators, and partners , ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Work closely withproduct, marketing, legal, finance, and operationsto align strategies and deliver seamless execution. Lead and mentor the content acquisition team, fostering collaboration, excellence, and innovation. Identifyupselling and cross-selling opportunitiesto maximize revenue potential. Analyze content performance and audience insights to identifyportfolio gaps and new opportunities .Requirements: 7–8 years of experience incontent acquisition, licensing, or partnershipswithin digital media or entertainment. Deep understanding ofindustry dynamics, trends, and digital platforms. Proven success inlicensing negotiations and client relationship management. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
