About the Role :

We're seeking a skilled and motivated iOS Developer to join our on-site team at a fast-growing insurance technology company. In this role, you'll help design, build, and scale innovative iOS applications using the latest Apple technologies. If you're passionate about building great user experiences and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and maintain advanced features in iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and modern architectural patterns.

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or CircleCI.

- Integrate and utilize Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) and Apple Analytics to ensure app quality and user insights.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build user-centric solutions.

- Optimize app performance, scalability, and security across all features.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting clean code and maintainable architecture.

- Stay current with iOS development trends and evolving standards in the InsureTech space.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3- 6 years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2 years using Swift and modern iOS architectures (MVVM, MVI, modular design, SwiftUI).

- Strong experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on expertise with Firebase tools (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, URLSession, Alamofire, and secure data storage practices.

- Experience managing app distribution workflows via TestFlight and App Store Connect.

- Solid understanding of XCTest, UI automation, and collaborative development workflows.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated domains is a plus.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.

- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and growth optimization techniques.
