ITSM Process Owner (ServiceNow)

We’re looking for an experienced ITSM Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and optimization of IT Service Management processes on ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
  • Act as ServiceNow ITSM subject matter expert, driving automation and best practices.
  • Define KPIs/SLAs and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in ITSM, with 3+ years on ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications preferred.
