Job Title : Technical Lead (Java8 & AWS)Experience : 5-8yrsMode of work : HybridJob Location : NoidaRequired Skills :- Exp should be between 5 to 8 years- Good exposure in Java 11/17 If not then atleast Java8- Good exposure in cloud technology. AWS is preferred- Exposure in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkin or any other CI/CD tool- Good communication- Nice to have exposure or knowledge of Github Copilot or any other GenAI tool, Python languageAbout the Role :- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and AWS.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.About the Team :- Work within a dynamic and diverse team of skilled professionals committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions.- Engage in an agile work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and strategies for enhancing product development.You are Responsible for :- Overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and efficiency.- Identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues that arise during development and implementation.To succeed in this role, you should have the following :- Proven experience in Java development and a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, engage with stakeholders, and present technical concepts clearly.
