This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling content across social media platforms, while aligning with ongoing marketing campaigns and brand aesthetics.Job Title: Graphic Designer & Content Creator / Office Executive Qualifications Proven skills inGraphic Design, Logo Design, and Visual Storytelling Strong foundation inBranding, Typography , andContent Creation Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite— includingPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI-based design tools is a plus) Strong video editing skills, includingmotion graphics, storytelling-based editing , andtransitions (Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is a strong advantage) Excellent understanding ofInstagram aesthetics, Reels, trends, and engagement strategies Ability to shoot and edithigh-quality video/photo contentusing an iPhone or equivalent smartphone A portfolio showcasingcreative, trend-aligned contentacross digital platforms Excellenttime management , organization, and the ability to multitask across teams Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Visual Arts , or a related field Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Visual BrandingDesign engaging and on-brandsocial media creatives— including posts, Reels, Stories, ads, carousels, and more Edit and repurpose content fromphotoshoots and UGC , maintaining brand consistency Develop compelling visuals fordigital and occasional printmaterials Independently createAI-assisted and trend-based contentfor social platforms Content Creation & Video ProductionAct as aContent Creatorby planning, shooting, and editing 6–8 high-performingUGC-style videosmonthly using a smartphone Captureorganic, candid, and visually appealing contentaligned with the content calendar Edit short-form video content includingReels, motion graphics, transitions , andstory-based formats Use tools likePremiere Pro ,CapCut , orAfter Effectsto produce polished visual content Content Strategy & Calendar ExecutionTake ownership of creating visual content in line with themonthly content calendar , reflecting themes, trends, and product launches Independently interpret content strategy into compelling visual deliverables Cross-Platform Adaptation & OptimizationAdapt content forInstagram, Facebook , and other platforms for optimized engagement Make quick edits and performance-based revisions based on feedback and analytics Stay updated withdesign trends ,digital aesthetics , andsocial media updates Preferred Experience1–3 yearsof experience ingraphic design, content creation , ordigital media (Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred) Confident in producingsocial-first contentthat aligns with brand voice and platform standards Self-starter with strong creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding ofbrand identity Ability to work independently and manage multiple design/content projects efficiently
