We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development, and database management, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Program Management.

  • Lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Data Analytics & Database Management

  • Design and oversee the development of scalable pharma data models and databases

Dashboard Development & Visualization

  • Drive the creation of interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau,or similar).
  • Translate business needs into visual, actionable insights across functions:
  • Manufacturing & dispatch operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with databases.
