TCS HiringTcs is having virtual drive for skill Windows/VMware at TCS Chennai n Kolkata location on 31st Oct 25Exp Req: 6 to 10 yrsMode of Interview:VirtualJDKey responsibilities- Windows Server Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers. - - Manage core services like Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. - - Perform system updates, patching, and Group Policy administration. - - VMware Virtualization Management: - Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter. - - Create, provision, and manage virtual machines and templates. - - Configure virtual networking, storage (datastores), and storage connectivity. - - System Performance and Security: - Monitor system performance and health to predict growth and prevent issues. - - Implement and enforce security policies and controls. - - Manage vulnerability assessments and patch management. - - Troubleshooting and Support: - Diagnose and resolve issues with both the Windows and VMware environments. - - Act as a point of escalation for the help desk. - - Provide technical support to end-users. - - Operations and Maintenance: - Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness. - - Document procedures, configurations, and changes according to policies. - - Implement and manage high-availability solutions like vMotion and HA.
