As the sole FP&A specialist in the team, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will combine core FP&A with business partnering and systems projects. You'll be instrumental in our budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering insightful KPI analysis, and shaping finance processes. You will report to the London-based Finance Director and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.Your impact1. Budgeting & Forecasting2. Support the annual budgeting process3. Lead quarterly re-forecasting cycles4. Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis5. Provide insight into revenue, margin, opex, and cash flow driversBusiness Analysis & KPIs1. Develop and track financial and operational KPIs across the company2. Partner with budget owners to review spend vs budget and highlight risks and opportunities3. Perform a monthly management accounts analysis and variance commentary4. Prepare management, investor and board-level reports5. Provide ad-hoc analysis and financial input to strategic initiativesReporting & Systems1. Support the accounting team in delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements2. Reconfigure and optimise streamlined reporting and dashboards within Netsuite to enable automation and better insights3. Leverage technology to automate budget monitoring processes4. Drive process improvements across the finance function to enhance efficiency and scalabilityWhat you need to be successful1. A strong financial foundation: You bring 5+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. A professional accounting qualification is a big plus.2. Scale-up mindset: You have experience in fast-paced tech environments and are adaptable in the face of dynamism and change.3. Deep analytical skillset: You have advanced skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with SaaS KPIs is a plus.4. Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite and find ways to automate processes and improve efficiency.5. A collaborative spirit: You're a clear communicator, and can partner confidently with non-finance teams and senior leadership. You turn complex data into clear insights.6.
