Role: Senior Marketing Associate
Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)
As a Senior Marketing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives. From executing high-impact campaigns to supporting sales and research efforts, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and fueling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Support brand communication through content creation and strategic outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing, especially managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, and market research.
- Experience in project management with excellent organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role is highly desirable.
