CrystalVoxx Ltd, a KPO providing end to end service in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Credentialing, Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Virtual Assistance to doctors / providers in US Healthcare Industry.


Job Description:

•Location:- Ahmedabad

•Shift:- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

•Working Days:- Monday to Friday


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review & verify the patient’s information against insurance company specifications through site
  • Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
  • Verify the credentials of health care professionals
  • Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
  • Resolve routine patient billing inquiries & problems; follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/CSR/RCM


Required Key skills:

•Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage

•Excellent in English Communication

•MS Office, Internet 

•Interpersonal Skills
