Job Description:

Onegrade Solutions, a leading construction company dedicated to innovative and sustainable building practices, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical drawings for civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Drawings: Create detailed and precise technical drawings and plans for various construction projects, including civil and PEB structures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate and high-quality drawings.
  • Revisions: Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected.
  • Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Site Visits: Occasionally visit construction sites to gather data, verify measurements, and coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure the accurate implementation of drawings.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate degree or diploma in drafting, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers can apply


Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla).
  • Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with pre-engineered building (PEB) projects.
  • Certification in CAD software.
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
